Do you do a dip hardcoat on uncut lenses?

No. We don't put any hardcoat on your lenses unless you ask for one. We are only able to backside hardcoat uncut lenses. We use a UVNT hardcoat. A tintable hardcoat can also be used if you need your lenses tinted.
If you send us polycarbonate uncut lenses that are not backside hardcoated we will automatically hardcoat them prior to AR coating. Poly lenses scratch easily without a hardcoat. Having a hardcoat also guarantees excellent AR adhesion.

We now exclusively use a tintable backside hardcoat on uncut lenses that need one.

It is a spin-on thermally cured Satis hardcoat by the way.
